Founded in 1984, Derco B.V. is an international company. We specialize in the development and production of  PVC, Polyurethane (PU), Polyethylene (PE), Polyester (DT) and Silicone coated belts and industrial fabrics for many different applications.

DERCO's products are used around the globe, in many different lines of industry. Information on our product groups:

Conveyor Belts & Process belts

The core business of Derco is the development and production of PVC, PU, PE, DT and Silicone coated conveyor and processing belts. We produce belts for nearly every application.

Standard or custom made

Our standard range of belts includes over 100 styles, and in close consultation with our  “Knowledge Manufacturing Centers” (KFC) and their clients, we have developed a large number of custom-made types. In addition to these products we manufacture and supply a considerable range of accessories and embossing. Eager to meet any challenge, we are constantly engaged in research, innovation and improvement.

Excellent Quality for use in the Food industry

A large number of the belts we produce have excellent oil and grease resistance and are therefore especially suited for use in food applications. The raw material composition of these belts makes it possible to use them for conveying of unpacked foodstuffs.

These belts have been manufactured according to the strict guidelines of the 3A standard, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and European Union (EU)

Worldwide Knowledge Fabrication Centre network

Our conveyor and processing belts are distributed worldwide through an extensive network of Knowledge Manufacturing  Centers. Over 150 centers represent Derco around the globe. They keep stock of our materials and employ technicians for sales and service. They have fabricating equipment for purposes such as endless belts, addition of guide ropes, cleats, etc. and have all the necessary means to help you out on-site. If necessary, their personnel get special fabrication training at their own workshop or at our facilities. Derco has production facilities in the Netherlands, branch offices in France, Germany, Brazil and the U.S.A and sales offices in the UK and Italy.

In Petite-Foret, France and Newark, USA  we have our own manufacturing facilities. Well-trained, experienced technicians make sure your belt is fabricated to your exact needs and high-quality maintenance..
